Refund Policy

Every print edition of L’Atelier is produced in limited numbers and created to be collected, kept, and cherished. For this reason, all sales of physical copies are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. The only exception is if your order arrives damaged in transit or if there is an error in fulfillment. In such cases, we will be pleased to replace your copy at no additional cost.

If your edition arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@carterbeau.com, including your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
